The kakeibo method家計簿の考え方

Four simple questions, every month毎月、4つの問いを自分に。

Kakeibo (家計簿) means "household ledger". It's a way of keeping household accounts that has been used in Japan since the first kakeibo book was published in 1904. It isn't about clever algorithms. It's about pausing to ask yourself four questions each month. Acumen Kakeibo follows the same rhythm. 家計簿は、1904年（明治37年）に最初の家計簿が出版されて以来、日本の家庭で長く親しまれてきた習慣です。大切なのは、難しい計算ではなく、毎月立ち止まって4つの問いを自分に投げかけること。アキュメン家計簿は、この流れに沿って作られています。

How much do I have?今、いくらありますか？

Start the month by writing down your income, so you know what you're working with.月のはじめに収入を記録して、今月使えるお金を把握します。

In the app:アプリでは： income entry and a clear monthly overview.収入の記録と、ひと目でわかる月の一覧。

How much do I want to save?いくら貯めたいですか？

Decide what to set aside before you start spending.使う前に、貯めたい金額を先に決めておきます。

Your household finances are personal. Acumen Kakeibo only holds what you choose to type in.家計やお金のことは、とても個人的な情報です。アキュメン家計簿が保管するのは、お客様ご自身が入力した内容だけです。

We will never ask for your bank or card login details.銀行口座やクレジットカードのID・パスワードをお聞きすることは、一切ありません。

There is no account linking in Acumen Kakeibo. If anyone claiming to be us asks for these details, please don't share them and let us know atアキュメン家計簿には、口座やカードとの連携機能そのものがありません。当社を名乗ってこれらの情報を求める連絡があった場合は、入力せずに下記までご連絡ください。 hello@acumensoftware.uk

Your data is kept on servers in a London data centre, provided by our hosting partner Vultr.データは、ホスティング事業者Vultrが運営する英国ロンドンのデータセンター内のサーバーに保管しています。

Encrypted通信も保存データも暗号化

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.通信はHTTPSで暗号化され、保存されるデータも暗号化しています。パスワードはハッシュ化して保管しており、そのままの形で保存することはありません。

Export or delete, anytime書き出しも削除も、いつでも

Our story私たちについて

Made by a family, for families家族のために、家族でつくりました

We're Andrew and Alena, a British–Japanese family with one foot in the UK and the other in Japan. We wanted one calm place to keep track of our household spending, in pounds and in yen, without handing over our banking passwords.

We couldn't find it, so we built Acumen Kakeibo for ourselves. Now we're getting it ready for other households. Join the waitlist and we'll invite you when we launch.

はじめまして。イギリス出身のアンドリューと、日本出身の妻・アレナです。イギリスと日本、ふたつの国にまたがって暮らす私たちは、ポンドと円の家計をひとつの場所で、おだやかに管理したいと考えていました。銀行のパスワードを預けることなく、シンプルに使える家計簿です。

Joining the waitlist and using early access is free. No payment details are taken.
Before any charge, we'll show you the Premium price and ask you to agree. Nothing is upgraded automatically.
Premium renews automatically every month (or every year on the yearly plan) at the price shown, until you cancel.
Cancel anytime in Settings → Plan, or by emailing hello@acumensoftware.uk. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for and won't be charged again.
UK prices include VAT at 20% (VAT no. GB174226806). Japanese yen prices include consumption tax (税込). See our Commercial Disclosure and Terms.

Is it free?無料で使えますか？

Yes. Joining the waitlist is free, and when we launch, every feature will be free during early access, with no payment details needed. After early access there will be a free plan and an optional Premium plan at £1.99 per month (incl. VAT) or ¥380 per month (tax incl.). We'll always tell you the price and ask for your agreement before you're charged anything.

Do I need to link my bank account or card?銀行口座やクレジットカードの連携は必要ですか？

No. Acumen Kakeibo is manual entry only. We never ask for your bank or card login details, and there is no account linking feature at all.

Where is my data stored?データはどこに保管されますか？

On servers in a London, UK data centre run by our hosting provider Vultr, encrypted in transit and at rest. You can export or delete your data at any time. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

ホスティング事業者Vultrが運営する英国ロンドンのデータセンター内のサーバーに、暗号化した状態で保管しています。データはいつでも書き出し・削除が可能です。日本国外での保管となるため、個人情報保護法に基づき、保管先の国の個人情報保護制度についてもプライバシーポリシーに記載しています。

Can I use it on my phone?スマートフォンでも使えますか？

Yes. It works in your phone's web browser (Safari or Chrome), with nothing to install. You can also add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.

はい、ご利用いただけます。スマートフォンのブラウザ（SafariやChrome）でそのまま使えるので、インストールは不要です。ホーム画面に追加すれば、アプリのようにワンタップで開けます。

Can I share it with my partner or family?夫婦や家族で共有できますか？

Yes. You can invite household members by email. Each person signs in with their own login and sees the same household records. Household sharing is part of Premium, and is free during early access.

はい、できます。メールでご家族を招待すると、それぞれご自身のアカウントでログインして、同じ家計簿を一緒に見たり記録したりできます。家族での共有はプレミアムプランの機能ですが、先行利用期間中は無料でご利用いただけます。

How do I cancel?解約・退会はどのようにすればよいですか？

There's nothing to cancel while you're on the waitlist or in early access, because both are free. If you subscribe to Premium later, you can cancel anytime in Settings → Plan, or by emailing hello@acumensoftware.uk. Your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period and you won't be charged again. You can also delete your account and data at any time.
